What would be a normal day for Jeff Upshaw?: A normal day for me is just chilling watchen a whole lot of TV occasionally go hang out with friends but mostly just watchmen TV!

What do you do for training? Umm there is no trainin for me lol when i know theres a race comin up I go 2 track on tuesdays and thursdays 2 weeks be for just so I can get familiar with my bikes.

When do you plan on turning pro?: I want to turn this year but who know's ? I dunno if not this year some time next year i have 2 get mentaly and physically ready for that!

Some people think your one of the riders that are going to go to the 2008 Olympics for USA... What do you think about that?: I think thats great its kind of hard 2 consentrate on somethin thats so far away But im tryen to work my way to be int he runnin for my chance to be in the Olympics and repersent the US of A !

How do you have so much skill?: Realy i dont really know how i got this lil bit of skill i have?? I think its just from watchen pro and and older ams that i looked up 2 when i was little and now that ive got a little bit bigger im actualy able 2 try some of the things.When im at the track i just dont always go hard i play around and try new things all the time so i guess that explains it all!

Which one is harder... ABA or NBL? Its not realy witch one is harder it is realy witch one has more competition ....... see in the NBL there are like 3 or 4 fast guys that are capable to win the main.On the other hand in the ABA there in 8 fast guys that are capable of winning the main. So if you were 2 judge it by that then i would say the ABA is harder!

2005 goals: My goals are 2 repeat NBLnational number 1 on both bikes and 2 win UCI worlds in Junior men, yo hold ABA world chamion for another year a win nag 5 challenge and win nag 1 on both bikes! but we will see how this all pans out!
